I'm a plant-based Chef and food photographer on a mission to make healthy sweets look and taste beautiful. It's hard to believe that just a few years ago I was working as a Marketing Manager in Manhattan, feeling stuck in a job that I didn't like and wasn't my "calling." With the support of my family, friends, and, most importantly, my husband, I took the leap to leave my steady job for culinary school.
After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute, I quickly fell in love with gluten-free and vegan baking and all of the creativity involved. Most recently, I worked as the lead baker at a local plant-based cafe where I work exclusively with minimally processed, single ingredients. Since COVID, I've turned to my blog full-time to fuel the community through nutritious sweets.
